I am an AlphaX user. I found into Skim Preferences the ability to
synchronize with some external editors. AlphaX is not included in this list.
Do you think to add this powerful editor in your Sync list? Is it
difficult to do it?

I don't know. I do not know if it has a build-in command line tool or
script to display a (tex) file at a particular line.

I don't have an AlphaX license. But can you check if these settings work
(not that you need to use the pdfsync latex package for pdfsync to work at
all):

Preset: Custom
Command: osascript
Arguments: -e 'DoScript "file::gotoLine \"%file\" %line"'
