WWF is running a promotional campaign at http://www.saveaswwf.com/
based on a file format which is PDF with the no-print flag set. Their
application a very thin wrapper around a bundled Skim.app but lacks
the credit normally required by the BSD license, either in the
application or on http://www.saveaswwf.com/en/legal-notice.html; its
license implies that the entire app is their IP.

Has anyone talked with them?

I hadn't seen that, thanks for noting. I'll write an email to them, because they're clearly in breach of our BSD license.

It's a weird "app" though, sure it won't get much traction, this most definitely won't be a successful campaign this way.

I definitely agree - I was actually curious just what they were doing
(they don't even publicize the fact that it's just PDF) and was
somewhat surprised to see Skim there.
